The moment you place an order on the website, SUPRA receives your order and starts packing the shipment .
Delivery is made on the territory of the European Union. The delivery service is made by the contractual shipping partner.
Delivery for orders in the EU over 150 euro is free of charge. ( excl CH, FL, Finland, Ireland). Under 150 euro standard delivery is 9,99 euro.
Delivery for orders in Croatia over 100 euro is free of charge. Under 100 euro is 4,99 euro.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number to ensure that you receive your package securely, and therefore, a recipient’s signature is required upon delivery. Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Delivery time to islands is longer by a few working days. The aforementioned delivery times are set by the courier/delivery service, so there is no guarantee that the shipment will be delivered on time.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided during the ordering process is correct and complete, and that you do not refuse delivery or fail to pick up the package. In the case of incorrect or wrong addresses or refused delivery, shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund owed to you. Personal pick-up is not possible; all orders are shipped from the warehouse directly to the recipient’s address.
Supra will not modify the terms of sale after the conclusion of the contract or cancel delivery of the goods unless, due to a technical error of the inventory tracking system, a particular product that was shown as available is not actually available. In this exceptional case, we will notify you in a timely manner through the contact information you provided when placing your order. We will allow you to choose another product instead of the unavailable product from the original contract, without the obligation to accept such an offer. If you do not accept the offer, the amount paid will be refunded to you.
If your order includes multiple products, one of which is not available, we will notify you in a timely manner and the other products ordered will be delivered in accordance with the contract.
